Collaboration with Ryan Brown, LLC. begins with an assessment of overall programmatic compliance and operational efficiency. The compliance evaluation process conducted by Ryan Brown, LLC assists organizations, schools, and therapeutic programs prepare for formal audits, surveys, and private accreditation reviews by gauging overall compliance. Entrance/exit conferences will be conducted with senior management/administration to discuss operations, systems, and desired and actual audit outcomes. Thereafter, Ryan Brown, LLC generates an internal statement of findings that identifies areas of strength and recommends quality improvement solutions. The findings will be submitted to the administrator to be considered and utilized in the development and implementation of corrective strategies. Ryan Brown, LLC. partners with organizations to evaluate current processes and recommend needed enhancements or changes utilizing the compliance model we’ve developed. Ryan Brown, LLC will support organizations’ efforts to build a sustainable quality assurance program through follow-up visits and regular correspondence. Internal audits include reviews of a sample of your program's client/student files, personnel files, and applicable policy/procedure manuals. Internal Ryan Brown, LLC Audit
Client File Review
Ryan Brown, LLC completes a review of a sample of service recipient files to evaluate compliance with regulations and accreditation policies and statutes. Client’s service plans of care and all applicable documentation will be reconciled against standards to assure compliance and assess efficiency. Ryan Brown, LLC. will evaluate all documentation of rendered services to assure justification for Medicaid reimbursements and private payments. We will review files and regulations and report identified deficiencies to the administrator and senior management for corrections.
Personnel File Review
Ryan Brown, LLC. will review a sample of employees responsible for service delivery to assure compliance to procedural requirements. All deficits with personnel records will be reported to the agency administrator and corrective measures will be communicated to the Human Resource department of the organization.
Policy and Procedure Review
Ryan Brown, LLC. analyzes existing policies and procedures against regulations and private accreditation standards and makes recommendations for policy enhancements or development to increase compliance and assure consistency. We will collaborate with business and schools to generate solutions to effectively fill policy and procedural voids.
Ryan Brown, LLC. will work with businesses and schools to explore and incorporate dynamic methods to maximize and expand opportunities to provide services.
Ryan Brown, LLC. will assess billable activities that were not paid, but justifiably reimbursable. Ryan Brown, LLC. will collaborate with businesses to resolve non-payment issues with Medicaid and private payment. We will aggressively pursue the recovery of funds through standard Medicaid reimbursement protocols and internal payment policies and procedures.
